Privacy notice

Who we are. Fasti is operated by Twelve Tables Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Pretoria, South Africa (“we”). We are the responsible party for information you give us on this website, and an operator on behalf of each advocate for the booking information processed through their Fasti diary.

What we collect on this site. If you request early access: your name, email address, role, calendar preference, chambers and anything you write in the note. We use it to contact you about Fasti and for nothing else. We do not sell or share it.

What a Fasti diary processes. An attorney’s name, firm, contact details and a short matter description, the times requested, and the advocate’s calendar busy times. This is processed only to arrange the appointment and to keep the advocate’s diary accurate.

Where it is kept. On Supabase and Vercel infrastructure in the European Union, with email delivered through Resend. Access is limited to the advocate concerned and to Twelve Tables staff for support.

Your rights. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to hello@fasti.co.za.
